"Where do I begin!? From Rachel being inept, applying unauthorized and unknown discounts to my policy, the consistent inability to get a hold of anyone at the office, no callbacks, no email responses, nothing! Rachel needs to focus more on customer satisfaction and less on the condescending "honey" and "sweety" comments. This office is a nightmare! I've had to file formal complaints with State Farm, and the State. Even talking to Lora didn't help! Run as far as you can from these people!!! They've screwed up my auto policy costing me more money!!! Unacceptable. Even after they acknowledged mistakes, they refused to own them and make them right. As the days go by and I speak with my new agent at a different office and State Farm Corporate, I find out more fraudulent actions this office has taken. A full investigation has been requested by the State and State Farm Corporate office."
