"They don't need Jake from State Farm when they have Wylene Parkman. When another carrier cancelled us we sat down with Wylene and transferred our coverage to State Farm. She took the time to make sure we had the coverage we needed. Since then we have removed and added vehicles, all done via email. She calls to follow up and insure the changes are received and accurate. A very welcome change from our previous carrier."

"I just relocated to The Villages from Illinois and Karen Lewis in Kelly’s office made it so easy to transfer my policies! She is extremely knowledgeable, kind, honest and detailed. I appreciated her honesty about what coverage I needed for my personal situation. I felt she had my best interest in mind during our meeting. She took the time to explain all of my questions and get my policies right. No hard sales pitch! My parents also relocated to the area and Wylene assisted them in transferring their State Farm policies. She was kind enough to come in on a Saturday to meet with us since our schedule was tight. She was patient and thorough when setting up my parent’s policy, answering each of our questions. Again, no hard sales pitch - just wanting the best outcome for us. I’m very pleased we found Kelly’s office!"

"Sadly, we received horrible customer service from Lora. She did not return phone calls or emails. When my mom called she was put on hold, and they would come back and state she was with a customer because she just did not want to take our calls. She states she did not receive the voicemails we left, did not receive the emails we left, did not receive the paperwork we mailed to her with our return address (which never came back to us). She told my parents to mail all this documentation, but then states it needs to be an in-person signature? Also, states she was "out of the office" etc. But here we are two days after her return to office and still no return message from her. We finally had to get in the car and drive to the agency (twice) to try to get a hold of her. When she came over to us, she plopped a paper in front of us to sign. Did not apologize and did not introduce herself when doing this. My mother had to ask if she was Lora. My parents (in their 80's) did not realize the signature needed to be in person) so three weeks has gone by with no refund of over a $600 premium. She said, "I told you the signature needed to be a wet signature". The lack of communication from her is what is so upsetting. She figured she told them once about the signature and was not going to revisit the issue again. Let my parents try to figure it out on their own. She was so rude in front of another customer who was at her desk. This does not reflect well on her or the agency. As we walked out she said. "have a good daaaaaaaaay" so sarcastically, I actually turned right around and went back in because I was so upset. I asked to speak to the owner at this point. I have never had such terrible customer service. This individual should not be working with the public nor with the older generation who may need some extra assistance with paperwork. Aaron was a great help both times I was in the office. He should get a raise just for having to sit next to her and apologize for her! In addition, in this day and age, requiring an in-person signature is not efficient. Docu-sign should be implemented. Maybe Fema requires the wet signature? Again, if she had communicated with us, maybe we would be able to answer this question. I have worked in Insurance for both MetLife Auto & Home and Farmers for over 30 years, so I find this situation very troubling."
